Oyetola/Ambo Caucus Finalises Legislative Candidates’ List at Secret Meeting in Saudi Arabia

The forthcoming State and National Assembly primaries of the Osun APC may be nothing more than a rubber stamp exercise, similar to what played out during the gubernatorial primaries.

This follows reports that the Oyetola/Ambo caucus of the party, at a meeting held on Tuesday morning in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, adopted a list of aspirants for primaries that are yet to be conducted.

An highly reliable source at the Mecca meeting disclosed that, out of the 26 State Assembly seats, 25 Candidates were handpicked by Oyetola, while Ambo submitted the one for his State Constituency.

Oyetola is also reported to have nominated the nine House of Representatives candidates and the three Senatorial candidates.
